Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, so please ensure you provide a physical address when you place your order.
Can I send my order as a gift?
To send your order as a gift, please let us know by writing “Gift” in the notes section of your Cart. We will include a gift receipt with the order and are happy to include a personalized note as well - just let us know what you’d like to say! For a special unboxing experience, we'll wrap your order with our signature Annie Digs tissue paper and bone sticker. And we'll tuck in some of Annie's favorite pup treats as well!
Can I return my custom order?
Custom pet beds are made just for your four-legged friend, so please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged; because of this, please ensure you pick the right size bed. Get in touch with us if you have any questions about choosing the correct size or take a look at our Size Guide for more information.
What are your shipping options?
Flat Rate Shipping
For orders within the contiguous United States, we are happy to offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 per pet bed. For Canadian customers, we offer $25 flat rate shipping per pet bed via USPS/Canada Post.
Pet bed covers cost $10 each to ship anywhere in the USA, and $15 each to Canada, Australasia and Western Europe.
Orders shipped via Flat Rate will be delivered by either USPS or UPS Ground; we will choose the best service based on your shipping address. Transit times will vary based on the delivery location, and order shipped this way usually arrive within 3-10 days from the ship date.
Expedited Shipping
Pet beds are pretty bulky items to ship, so to keep shipping costs economical, we recommend using Flat Rate shipping whenever possible. However, if you need your order to arrive quickly, please get in touch with us before placing your order by emailing blair@anniedigs.com and let us know what you’d like to order, when you need your order to arrive, and where it will be shipped.
We will provide you with a shipping quote and let you know what delivery options are available.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping fee of $20 for pet bed covers to Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand. If you live somewhere else in the world, please shoot an email over to blair@anniedigs.com with your zip code/post code and the items you are interested in ordering so we can put together a quote just for you!
To keep shipping as economical as possible, you can buy a pet bed cover (which is much smaller to ship than a pet bed including pillow) and stuff it with bed pillows, blankets or other pet beds you already have, or order from one of our International Stockists.
Please note that import duties, taxes and fees are the buyers’ responsibility and are not included in shipping rates - we aren't able to tell you what these charges will be but if you email us, we can help guesstimate the approximate customs fees you'll be charged.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge 6.25% sales tax on orders shipped within Texas; all other shipping destinations in the USA are not charged sales tax. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, sales tax and related fees, which are charged at the discretion of your country's customs agency.
How do I correct an incorrect shipping address?
Please double check that you have given us the correct shipping address! If you need to change your delivery address, get in touch with us ASAP so we can make a change prior to shipment. We do not offer replacements for items sent to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect shipping address, or the delivery is refused, we will refund you the order total minus any shipping costs.
